We have over 25 years experience in Electrical and Mechanical Building Services, and specialise in all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Heating works.

Working alongside our partnered building contractor, We are also able to offer a ‘turn key’ construction and refurbishment solution on our projects, occupying the role of Principal Contractor and ensuring the smooth delivery of the whole project.

Electrical Testing & Facilities Maintenance

We offer a full Electrical Testing service to a number of customers, including Periodic Electrical Installation Testing, Emergency Lighting Testing, and also Fire Alarm and Security System testing and Maintenance. We take a practical and pragmatic approach to electrical testing, and often are able to complete this in live working environments. We issue a full Electrical Installation Condition Report, along with cost options for any required or recommended remedial works.

Commercial Office Refurbishment

Working alongside our partnered building contractor we recently completed a full office refurbishment project within a busy operational premises. Works were phased in order to minimise disruption to the building users. Works included decoration, new flooring, kitchen fit out, toilet refresh, and all associated electrical and mechanical works. The project was completed to the clients satisfaction, on time, on budget, and defect free.
School Lighting Replacements works

Working direct with the Diocese we have recently delivered 10No Lighting Replacement Projects to Various Schools across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Upgrading fluorescent lighting to new energy efficient LED, we have helped reduce the carbon footprint, energy costs, and maintenance burden for the schools, whilst improving the education environment. We have also given the added benefit of installing new emergency lighting to bring the schools up to date with current standards.
School Toilet Refurbishments

Working alongside a main contractor we have delivered a number of School Toilet Refurbishment Projects. Our works included the supply and installation of all sanitaryware, and all required plumbing, drainage and heating modification works. We also installed new lighting, ventilation and hand driers.
Healthcare Projects

Working for our local NHS Trust we have recently delivered a number of small to medium sized Refurbishment / Facilities maintenance projects. These have included clinic room refurbishments, WC refurbishments, Reception and Waiting Area’s Decoration and Wall Protection, Staff Kitchen, Office Areas, and much more. Works included all Electrical and Mechanical Services, along with On Site Project Management.
